This is a "very good" vintage hardcover in green cloth wrapped boards, 1064 pages including an exhaustive index of the contents.
No writing, no loose, torn or folded page corners. The binding is intact and strong, albeit it somewhat sagged due to the shear massive weight of this tome.
Text block closes tightly and is square, with the top edge ever so slightly tanned and with some dust speckling. The outer and lower edge are bright, with just a hint of speckling in places.
The spine head and heal are bumped with a bit of edge wear in places. The board corners are crisp with just a hint of wear to tips.
The matching vintage dust jacket is price clipped inside the front flap, general edge wear in most place with some some closed tears and chips. No significant tears or losses. Now protected in a removable archival sleeve for proper presentation - or to use in your kitchen!
