The Hobbit Storybook and 45 LP Rankin/Bass 1977 animated film

This is the book and record set produced by DisneyLand records. It consists of a 24 page illustrated full-color storybook featuring artwork from the classic film. The 7" 33 1/3 2-sided record contains music, sound effects and dialogue from the film.

This is a "very good-" or better book that is complete, no loose, torn, or folded pages. No writing or labels. Some light spotting on a some pages. Covers show some surface and edge wear.

The record has its label on both sides, no writing or marks. The spindle holes do not show significant use wear. There are some visible scratches on both sides, which likely will make some noise but shouldn't skip.

NOTE: The record is cracked across the middle on side two. It is not visible at all on side one, just side two. When laid flat with side 2 up, it is not possible to feel the split, so although I cannot test it, I am fairly certain the record will play normally. In any case, I have taken this into consideration when pricing this set.

Really fun vintage piece! Getting hard to find these as a full set.
