This is a "very good" vintage hardcover in matching original dust wrapper, unpaginated, each page with a landmark drawing.

First edition (?), signed by author on front free endpaper.

The binding is intact, no loose, torn or folded pages. Aside from noted signature and an annotation in front, no writing or marks. Dust jacket has a loss at the bottom of the spine, not price clipped. Light blue cloth wrapped boards show sunning along edges and where jacket loss is, some wear at corner tips. Text block closes tight.
