Dell Map-back "Three Women in Black" c1944 Helen Reilly Otto Storch cover art

This is a "very good" vintage paperback with the desirable "map back" design that Dell Books popularized in the Forties, published circa 1944.

The binding is solid, not cracked, mildly rolled, complete and solid. Text block closes fairly tightly, book is lightly rolled left to right. The glossy cover coating is complete, front and back, just the slightest hint of lifting in a few places along edges. The front cover has a very faint vertical reading crease, the back has to light ones at the upper corner. Blue tint on text block top edge is sunned, bottom edge has a few spots
