Dell Map-back "The Man in the Moonlight" c.1940 Helen McCloy May be unread!

This is a "near fine" or better vintage paperback with the desirable "map back" design that Dell Books popularized in the Forties, published in circa 1940.

Amazingly pristine - may even be an unread copy!

The binding is solid, not cracked or shook, complete and solid. Text block closes tightly and is square. The glossy cover coating is complete, front and back, just a hint of a little lift on an edge is a few small spots. No creases on boards, front or back. Blue tinting on all text block edges is relatively uniform throughout. Some slight edge wear on cover board.
